A very nice Hotel that could be great in a fantastic surrounding We had a great week in Mandarfen (in the fantastic Pitztal).
Since Verwöhnhotel Wildspitze “sells” it self as a family run hotel it is surprising that the service is a bit Indifferent and uncommitted which is a pity since the hotel has all other “pieces” to be fantastic.įlaws that kept me from tipping the Staff which we always do when we are pleased with our stay.Īnother example of what I do refer to is that when we were checking out and leaving Mandarfen we given a jar of marmalade which was an appreciated gesture but no one asked if we had had a nice stay at the hotel or welcomed us back, something that amazed me since I do believe we had. Something that was a bit to uneven in quality and especially regarding the children’s menu were a bit “poor”.

The only thing that that we did feel that Verwöhnhotel Wildspitze lack, to be a superb experience, is “warmth” and an upgrade of the dinner service. Restaurants, Bar and relax areas were perfect at the Hotel. 2 minute walk to the Gondola and ski buss, 5 min to the Practice lift. The facilities and the location of the Wildspitze hotels leaves nothing to more to wish for. Our family room was good with a very nice balcony opening up a beautiful view over the “glacier".
